Booking Policy

Sol Aesthetics requires a 50% deposit to secure any/all facial appointments.

Deposits will automatically apply for online bookings. Your card details are securely stored on your client account following strict secure privacy terms and conditions managed by Timely Booking Software. If you book in the clinic, we will email you a deposit link – your booking will not be confirmed until the deposit amount has been paid. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled 48 hours or less prior to your treatment. 

Cancellation Policy

We understand life can get busy, you may fall ill or something just came up last minute, however, cancellations and no-shows have an enormous impact on a small business. 

We require a minimum 48 hours notice for ask appointment cancellations and changes, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.

We reserve the right to ask clients to pre-pay for services in full if they repeatedly fail to follow our policy. 

 

Children

We love children however, due to the nature of our treatments, Sol Aesthetics is not a child friendly environment.

We ask that you please respect our business and do not bring your children to our clinic as we are not liable for their safety.

Arriving Late

Late shows are not guaranteed the full length or entirely of their appointment. A fee may apply on top of the initial full treatment charge if an unreasonable amount of time is left to complete the respective treatments.

Facials & L.E.D Light Therapy

Skin Needling 

Brow Treatments, including Brow Lamination.

 Lash Treatments, including Lash lift and tint.
